Completed a Product Development Mini Project:
-Developed gummy bears made with Tilapia (Oreochromis spp.) skin gelatin to meet
religious needs and developed tea-flavored soft candies made with pectin.
-Completed research on physicochemical properties and sensory acceptability of
gummy bears made with different types of gelatin.
2014 - 2015
Teacher Yap Creative Learning Centre
-Teach and educate students mainly in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Implement creative teaching method to improve student\’s performance.
