Create and review the internal procedures and work process that are currently maintain and use by other sisters’ foundation, one of main task in the process is all the procedures are in compliance with Malaysian statutory regulation and generally accepted internationally.
Dealing with suppliers, partners and consultants in all country of focus in order to get best price and cost effective to the organization. To make sure the cost spending is as per plan budget and in compliance with the purchasing policy.
Provide review from the programs costing and proposal submitted and give the feedback to interested parties, working closely with other department to provide support to disburse donation as per their plan.
One of main task is creating balance score card, maintain and to achieve department and organizational key performance index (KPI) set up by Board of Trustees.
One of main task is that the foundation is in compliance with AMLA and constantly check with the local and international regulatory bodies the all the business deal, partners and consultants are not black listed.

Inventory & Fixed Asset Reporting- to booked new asset purchase, asset transfer, disposal and to FA depreciation and FA module to GL integrity on monthly basis, to do depreciation allocation and post the transactions
Consolidate the Balance Sheet report for quarter review.
